 CEO, Leandra 

ACLmovement was established in 2020. ACLmovement was created to educate others about the Probate process. Equipping professional, heirs and beneficiaries with the knowledge and needed tools to solve all probate problems.

Hands on experience that is organized into courses for the average working person to understand. ACLmovement is needed in the community because wealth needs to be handed down correctly. Many families discover this problem after the death of a loved one, therefore it is our mission to inform others about Estate Planning. But, if the loved one has already transition ACLmovement was created to put them in position to lead.

Leandra is constantly learning and improving through feedback from customers. She strive to provide helpful and informative responses to every query, and is always looking for ways to enhance and provide the best possible experience for her customers.

FAQ's

Is Probate faster if I hire a Probate Attorney or if I complete it myself?

While there is no guaranteed, when you work with a probate lawyer or represent yourself the probate process can be completed as fast as the courts calendar allows.

 

Can I complete my Probate with no law experience?

Yes you can! The course prepares you: a) to file the Petition for Probate in a timely manner; b) checking to make sure the petition does not have defects, which could cause for delays; c) ensures all persons entitled to notice of the petition receive such notice; d) the known creditors are notified; e) assets are timely transferred from the Decedent to the Probate estate; f) taxes are filed; and g) the Final Petition for Distribution is timely filed, without defects.

 

If I am an Executor will I need to go to court?

Typically, the Executor/ Administrator does need to appear in court. However, every Probate is different some may require testimony from the Executor/ Administrator, which is now offered either virtual or by phone for the scheduled hearing.
